Love Giveaway: Crafterina

Crafterina Valentine

Printable valentines, perfect for best buddies at ballet class!

Friends, I have an awesome giveaway for you today! Ballet paper crafts! How cool is that?

Vanessa Salgado, a visual artist and dance teacher,  is the creative behind Crafterina. Vanessa says she wanted to come up with a product that was about dance, but was also about art! What an amazing idea to combine them!

While teaching over the years, Vanessa says she always got the same question from parents. “What can I do at home to make my child a better dancer?” Her answer always surprised them. “Expose them to all different kinds of art!”

I actually think that is a genius way to think about making a child “well rounded” in the arts. I think that is what many of us strive to do with our students. Am I right? 🙂

Crafterina Puppet Theater

  1. This is adorable! Love the idea of exposing kids to all different types of art to help make them a more well-rounded dancer! Nice post/giveaway, Miss Maria!

  2. These paper crafts are so cute!! What a wonderful way to teach children more about dance and art. My summer dance camp kids would go crazy over these!

  3. These are beautiful! I know about 80 little girls who would love them!! Would make a great prize for the hardest worker or most improved in the summer term.

  4. Super cute idea, and the dance studio I teach at would love this for summer camp! Also would be great instead of stickers at the end of class, or end of the year gift to little dancers. I would use this a lot 😉

  5. Adorable! It would be such a treat to have these for my little dancers! It’s great to see dance teachers using their artistic abilities to promote our art in diverse ways.
