What Would You Do If Your Boys Wore Tutus?

Have you heard about the book My Princess Boy? A mom wrote it about her little boy who wanted to wear dresses and jewelry instead of pants and baseball caps. She decided to not make it a big deal and allow him to express himself with whatever he wanted to wear. When I saw this, I thought “wow, how awesome is that?” A brave mom who isn’t allowing the world’s impressions of gender roles affect her son. She is letting him decide for himself. Chimneys and Kites can only mean one thing… Marry Poppins! This is my most favorite movie and I think it really lends itself to dancing and movement! Studio Inspiration

This weekend I completed 30 hours of children’s yoga training at Karma Kids Yoga in NYC! I will write more on it this week and next because there is so much I want to tell you about!  First, I wanted to share with you the pictures I took of the studio. Heat Wave
